Residential Building in Alimos

This residential building embraces minimalist aesthetics, with clean lines and a sleek design that fosters a sense of openness and tranquility. It offers spacious, light-filled apartments that create a comfortable and serene living environment. On the two façades, large openings are formed that allow natural light to penetrate the interior of the building. The linear elements encountered (balconies, pergola) create a variation in volumes and separate the floor zones at the façade level, giving the building visual readability. The curved roof helps to “break” the linearity of the rest of the composition, while also serving a functional purpose, as it creates an additional usable interior space (attic).
